The goal of the project was to provide
the Holiday Package Vendors with a capability that will help
them achieve their tasks easily & at the same time
reduce manual efforts for the operations team.
Collaborated with teams, Business, Biz Ops, Yard Sellers & PMs
to build a ground-up responsive Portal, thereby making
Yard Sellers equipped to manage their daily operations
& give them visibility into their Finances.
The Jumbotail Product Team members collaborated with a Professor from UNC Kenan-Flager to conduct an experiment,
to understand if the users respond to the visibility of
Target Schemes and does it make an impact on their decision making while ordering.
Worked alongside the Facility Centre Team, PM, Tech
in identifying the inefficiency in the Picking Process and fixing it thereby enabling FC Team to be efficient while working.
Worked with Tsepak Technologies, with a vision
to introduce Internet Booking Engine into their m-commerce customer product GoodBox App, as a UX Design intern.
